A “project” is a group of tasks that has a defined start and an end with measurable outcomes/deliverables.

Many projects are poorly executed and as a result are late, over budget, or do not deliver the equipment performance expected.

A robust project management system will minimise the likelihood of this happening.

Focussed will assist you and your team with developing your own in-house Project Management system to suit the particular members of your project management team and the business requirements.  This will include areas such as:

  • Set up of an overall Project Steering/Governance Group (PSG)
  • Agreed project stages with reporting updates on each stage to the PSG
  • Accurate and transparent cost reporting systems
  • Defined process for processing and approving variations
  • Project Update reporting tools
  • Project Effectiveness Reviews, to capture learnings for future projects
